Smiley Consulting & Mgmt. is an Executive Protection and Security Consulting firm. Smiley Consulting & Management was created back in September of 2011. My goal was to provide an innovative security solution to protect our client’s, their families, and their reputations. Our areas of expertise consist of Executive Protection, Transportation Services, Event Security, Workplace Violence, & Domestic Violence.
Our team consists of seasoned practitioners that are passionate about security and dedicated to going above and beyond. The security principles we embrace were adopted through lessons learned and from leaders in the industry. We are honored to share the invaluable lessons that we attained from being tested and proven under a variety of operational conditions. Smiley Consulting & Mgmt. is extremely humbled to have the opportunity to continue to serve the citizens of this great nation. Chucky L. Smiley Jr. C.P.S. (US Army, Honorably discharged in 2012) is a recently separated veteran that has over 8 yrs. of experience in Intelligence and over 5 yrs. of experience in the Security field. His military career began when he was recruited and selected to join the prestigious 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment SOAR(A). After a few years with 160th SOAR, Chucky was chosen to join the ranks of other military members at the Defense Intelligence Agency. Chucky served his country faithfully and flawlessly by deploying five times to support military operations in combat zones that include Afghanistan, Iraq, & Qatar.
He has accumulated numerous awards and certificates. One of his proudest moments is when he was selected as an Achievement Award winner by the Special Operations/Low-Intensity Conflict division of the National Defense Industrial Association for his contributions to the Special Operations Community. On his last deployment he decided to pursue his plans of becoming a small business owner and Smiley Consulting & Management was formed. Our Executive Protection (EP) Agents are highly trained in many facets of security and our clients consist of VIP’s, executives, celebrities, government officials, and foreign dignitaries. Our EP agents are professionals that are physically fit and mentally prepared to handle any situation that may arise. Each year they focus on maintaining perishable skills like first aid, defensive driving, and marksmanship.

Our staff possesses decades of collective combat-honed experience, and we understand the importance of realistic, intense training and preparation. We understand every unit's needs are different, and will work with you to develop a program that fits the needs and responsibilities of your operators, giving them the tools they will need in combat and any hostile situation.
